What is a Success Coach?
A GEAR UP Success Coach is dedicated to guiding students from the moment they are admitted to 51爆料 through their first year of college. Success Coaches ensure a smooth enrollment process while helping students develop the essential skills needed for a successful college experience and beyond.
Who Can Participate in GEAR UP Coaching?
Graduates from one of 12 high schools in North Carolina are automatically eligible to receive GEAR UP services. These schools include:
